Career overview
The aim of the section is to give the person reading your resume a quick snapshot of what you have to offer in the hope they instantly place you in the short list pile. Or at the very least, they want to keep reading your resume. Keep to just a few sentences and cover all the bases – skills, experience and attributes.
For example:
A sales management professional with seven years' experience in the media industry, I've worked on newspaper, web and television products. I have a proven track record of developing new business and motivating a team as well as consistently exceeding sales targets. I have also recently completed a Masters of Business Administration.
Key Skills
As a guide, six points is good but there is no real rule. Another tip, be specific. I see a lot of "Excellent Communication Skills" but what does that mean?
Example,

Ask our sales team for a good example of sales training

High level computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Active Toastmasters public speaker

Again, check with sales to see what would be appropriate

Escapades continues. [Mar. 23rd, 2008|07:47 pm]

capital.

in reference to something i started on and posted way back two thousand years ago, i have been writing a televsion show titled: Escapades of Suicide. Since then my good friend Matty has joined me in the writing process that is currently underway.
the title can perform bleak betrayels of what the show may be about but i assure as much as it is dark it is funny. In the event this becomes televised i would like to invite a special audience here in this very blog to see an interview with myself and Mat and hopefully some cast members.. haha that would sure be something and you know what totally under the rader as i rarely post anymore and you rearely read.

Early Days Early hopes.

Before i go on for any other matters, the show is heading into its second epidosode after jotting the majority of the story outlines already its now all about filling the script aswel as finding new things along the way. The character building has been the best part with relationships being an important factor.. but thats all boring writing information that my keyboard isnt interested in. I begin this post to an audience but soon realize that this is a very lonely page out there for nobody to really read. (sighs)

i will continue in due time my tea is getting cold.

Nothing is more alarming to me than the feeling of the norm that has become anything festive or important. New years was just as the earth itself would see it ... it just went around the sun came back to where it was last year. yeah thats it so it just went around the night, nothing new - nothing special very unimportant. As everybody worried over what to do what to wear i can just say your worries came to one big melancholy evening, as did mine. I do however remember a time where there was a vibe in the air a reason ppl want to trek to or strive their best to live in the city. But now i would find it hard for a real estate agent to sell me the city life. "here my friend is the place to be , where it all happens." he says with a flat face.

There is no such happening going on there, the music is all pretty much the same verses with no chorus, beats that dont change and more so then ever bad samples or covers or things that are old and even then they dont choose the good ones..thankfully in a way. So why pay big dollar to live there, why have 5 clubs on one st that all play the same beat? Ppl all roll to the same drum these days. In 2008 just another day, another moon another cup of soup ill eat with my same old spoon, lets make better TV original brilliant music and overall lets all bring a vibe back. Life atm is a bad piece of cake. New years?? well we could have just phoned it in!

We have a tradition of chanting and greeting each other with 'Happy new year', it never works who's good with catch phrases?

i have my favourite number nine days of work off, incapable of thinking what new years will be like at this point. Tran engineer is off to the printers on monday to see the boneyard through its paces and i will fill my office with thoughts of a happy reception from Think Positive.'What would a clown be doing in a library? well let me ask you this how could a boy woo a young lady? With flowers and ice cream, a book and a teenage movie..perhaps
